At Isabel Oliver, we pay attention to every detail to ensure your jewelry reaches you quickly and perfectly.

  • Orders before 1 PM: shipped the same day, delivered the next business day on the Iberian Peninsula (24 business hours).
  • Orders after 1 PM: shipped the next business day.
  • Orders placed Friday afternoon or on weekends: shipped on Monday or the next business day.
  • Issues: if there are delays, we will notify you by email with the estimated date.

National shipping: we work with CTT Express.
International shipping: managed through Packlink and Correos.

Delivery times may vary due to reasons beyond our control (absence at home, incorrect address, transport).
During Black Friday or Christmas, there may be slight delays.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or absence, the re-shipment cost will be borne by the customer.
