Returns and Exchanges

At Isabel Oliver, each piece of jewelry is unique and often made especially for you, keeping your style and most important moments in mind. Therefore, our products cannot be returned or exchanged, and custom orders cannot be modified or returned either.

Exception: We only accept exchanges if the product arrives damaged or broken. In that case, you must notify us immediately upon receipt by calling 722 29 07 91 and sending a photo of the item to verify the problem.

If the damage is confirmed:

• We will collect the damaged piece and deliver a new one of the same item.
• If the same product is out of stock, you can choose another item or receive a gift voucher with no expiry date, so you can enjoy your next piece of jewelry whenever you wish.
